The Department of Alcohol and Drug Education and Prevention and Hartshorn Health Service have many opportunities for students to get involved in the health and wellness of our campus community.

Creating Respect Educating Wellness for Students (CREWS) C.R.E.W.S. members are selected from the
undergraduate student body at CSU. Our peer educators are
trained in topics including drug/ alcohol, sexual health and
tobacco cessation/prevention. C.R.E.W.S. was launched in the spring of 2004. |

Student Health Advisory Council (SHAC) The Student Health Advisory Council (SHAC) is the official student board whose members represent the
student body to the Hartshorn Health Service, on the Student Fee Review Board, and within the student government. |

Based On Life Theatre (BOLT) is a peer theater group addressing many of today’s vital issues. It is designed to take a message of responsibility and awareness to college students. The group presents in classrooms, residence halls, Greek houses, conferences and public venues. |

RamRide is a safe ride program modeled after the CARPOOL program at
Texas A&M. RamRide will provide safe, nonjudgmental rides for CSU students
with the goal of improving safety of the Fort Collins community. Rides
will be provided Friday and Saturday nights from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am
but will not run during school holidays or during the summer. |
